Raman Mehta has been CIO of Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since December 2025, leading global IT, digital strategy across the company’s operations, plants and global processes, such as enhancing customer experience, dealer operations, internal productivity, cybersecurity and global infrastructure. He is focused on advancing the company’s technology strategy, with a focus on strategic adoption of emerging technologies, including modernising enterprise tools like ERP and manufacturing execution systems (MES), and transforming the business through artificial intelligence and autonomous agents.
Raman Mehta has held a variety of senior leadership and CIO positions across the automotive and electronic industry. Prior to Goodyear he senior vice president and CIO at electric motor and systems manufacturer Johnson Electric Holdings, where he overhauled systems and data strategy with a strong push towards agile IT and business teams, fostering a digital mindset and data democratisation across the organisation.
He previously led IT and digital strategy at Visteon Corporation, where he oversaw system and cloud transformation across enterprise systems with significant benefits across manufacturing operations, customer engagement, and supply chain.
